1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/2 large onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons flour
1 10 3/4 oz can tomato soup
1 20 oz can tomatoes
2 lbs shrimp, cooked and cleaned
5 medium stalks celery, chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon A-1 Sauce
Tabasco to taste
1/2 cup sliced green olives

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Add flour and stir to brown flour. Add remaining ingredients except shrimp and olives. Cook until thick, stirring occasionally. Add olives and shrimp just before serving over hot rice.

The entire recipe may be made a day ahead except for the shrimp and olives which should be added after sauce is reheated and just before serving.
