5 medium tomatoes, peeled, sliced and drained
9 inch pie crust, pre-baked
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup Ritz cracker crumbs (8)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat overn to 425º. Arrange tomatoes in the pie shell.
Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic and pepper. Spread the mixture over the tomatoes. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top and dot with butter.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
