1 cube butter 12 oz. dark chocolate chips 1 1/2- 2 C. Rice Krispies 1/2 gallon of coffee ice cream (or peppermint) Chocolate shavings (optional)
Melt butter and chocolate together. (I use a double-boiler pan.) Add Rice Krispies. Stir. Remove mixture and make pie crusts by flattening mixture into two pie pans. Add softened ice cream. Top with chocolate shavings. Freeze.
