1/2 c Crisco, 2 c flour, 1 T sugar
3 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt,
3/4 c Milk, 3/4 tsp. vinegar

Directions:
Preheat 450º oven. Cut shortening into flour, sugar, baking powder and salt with fork until its fine crumbs. Mix in milk until dough leaves sides of bowl. Turn dough lightly on floured surface. Knead no more than 8 times! Cut out biscuits w/ cookie cutter or Jar lid. bake on ungreased baking for 10-12 mins until brown.
