One package favorite brownie mix
12oz good quality bittersweet chocolate
1/2c heavy cream
1tsp-1tbsp hot Spanish Smoked Paprika

Directions:

Cook brownies according to box. Let cool enough to handle. Flip brownies over so bottom side is up in baking pan.

In double broiler heat cream, add in chocolate and melt. You can add more cream or chocolate depending on consistency. You want it to be a pourable/spreadable ganache. Mix in hot paprika to taste.

Spread ganache over brownies. Let cool in refrigerator. Once set cut brownies into small pieces.

We prefer to use a 70% cocoa and a full tbsp, if not more, of good Hot Spanish Smoked Paprika. You will be so impressed with the subtle flavor.
