Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can mandarin oranges, diced
1 Granny Smith apple, diced
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. golden raisins or dates
1 (16 oz. ) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 (8 oz. ) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce, preferably the habenero kind

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oranges, apple, and sugar in medium bowl; stir until sugar is dissolved. Add pecans and dried fruit. Carefully mix cranberry sauce into fruit so that the cranberries stay whole. Chill (not you, the mixture)

In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese and Tabasco. A mixer works nicely for this. If this is for family, be more liberal with the Tabasco.

Spread cream cheese mixture onto serving plate, and top with fruit mixture. If possible, let the fruit mixture and cream cheese mixtures chill separately overnight to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve with crackers, pita chips, etc.
