2 lbs. hamburger
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 pints (32 oz.) tomato juice
1 cup V-8 juice
1 to 1 1/2 cups thick and chunky salsa (medium)
2 to 3 cups beans (your choice)
1 T. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin

Directions:

Saute hamburger, chopped onion, peppers and garlic - drain. Add tomato juices, salsa, beans, chili powder and cumin. Salt and pepper to taste - simmer 1 hour or until heated and flavors blend.
