2 eggs, separated

1c. flour

1/2tsp. salt

1/2tsp. soda

1/2tsp. baking powder

1c. buttermilk

4T. butter, melted

Beat egg yolks.

Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with buttermilk to egg yolks.

Add butter to mixture and fold into beaten egg whites.

Put a little butter in each cup of the pan to let it melt.

Fill cups with 2/3 of the batter.

When bubbles form on top and look dry turn pancake and cook 2-3 more minutes.
