2 cups rhubarb, cut
1 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup cream

1 pastry crust

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. In medium bowl combine sugar, yolks, flour, salt and cream and beat with mixer.
3. Add in rhubarb, then pour into pastry shell.
4. Bake 40-45 min.
