Ingredients:  
Two chicken breasts,
1 can cream of chicken soup,
1 can mixed vegetables,
2 frozen deep-dish pie crusts,
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400º.

Lightly cover bottom of frying pan with olive oil.
Cut chicken into chunks and cook in frying pan.
Add cream of chicken soup and vegetables.
Mix.
Pour mixture into one pie crust.
Place other pie crust, upside down, on top of filled pie crust.
Coax top crust out of tin and pinch edges together all the way around the pie.

Bake at 400º for 50 min. or until crust is golden brown.
