2 egg yolks
2 cups milk
2 cup flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup oil

2 egg whites, beat still stiff

Directions:
Directions:
1. Turn on waffle iron. Iron is ready when light goes off.
2. In small bowl beat egg whites until stiff.
3. In large bowl combine first six ingredients and mix with mixer on medium till well blended.
4. With rubber spatula add egg whites into large bowl of batter and fold in gently.
5. Spray iron with Pam, pour in batter and heat until golden brown, (usually until the iron's light goes off.)
