2 lb. round steak, cubed
1 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. flour
3 t. paprika
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 t. thyme
2 bay leaves
28 oz. can tomatoes
1 pkg. egg noodles, cooked
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown steak in 1/4 c. shortening. Reduce heat, add onion and garlic. Cook till onion is tender. Blend in flour and spices. Add tomatoes, cover and simmer. Put in oven at 350º for 3 hours. Serve with noodles and sour cream.
