Veal Steak
Eggs
Cornflake Crumbs

Directions:
Cube veal steak. Place several pieces on skewer. Dip in beaten eggs and then cornflake crumbs.

Brown in butter.

Add water to halfway up meat. Cover and simmer till tender.

Serve with corn flake potatoes.
