1 large bag frozen hash browns
1 can potato soup
4 oz. can evaporated milk
2 cans cream of celery soup
16 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. dried minced onions

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together well. Spread in greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 325 for 2 hours.
