1-1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. mashed bananas
1/4 c. sour cream
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put in muffin tins with paper liners. Sprinkle top with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
