2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter
2 eggs
3 tbsp milk
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup mashed bananas
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray pan before baking. Cream together sugar, butter, and eggs; add milk, vanilla, and bananas.

2. In separate bowl, mix with wire whip flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt.

4. Bake for 45 minutes.
