1/2 cup butter
scant cup sugar
2 egg yolks
2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix all ingredients by hand, roll out, cut with a round cutter or glass. Bake on cookie sheet about 10 minutes until lightly browned.
When ready to serve, spread raspberry jam between two cookies and frost with butter cream frosting.

This recipe came from Mrs. Warner who lived across the street from us on Salem Street. I've been making them for years. Alway a companion of Chocolate Macaroons.
