4 lbs chicken breast, boneless & skinless
Flour
12 oz. Marsala Wine
Salt & Pepper
1 1/2 lbs. Sliced Mushrooms
3/4 stick butter
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
-Wash and cut chicken into thin slices

-Put flour in a dish and add pepper

-Coat bottom of an electric skillet with olive oil and add salt

-Heat oil on 400º

-Dredge chicken into the flour and immediately fry until it is 90% cooked, remove from skillet

-Add sliced mushrooms to skillet and saute

-When mushrooms are done add butter, salt and pepper and return chicken to pan.

-Mix gently

Add Marsala wine and pepper

-Cover and simmer on 200º for 10 minutes
