1 pckg of 2 pre-rolled pie crust
1 small bag frozen sliced Peaches
1 small bag frozen Blackberries
1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Flour
Cinnamon to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350ºF. and pre-grease 13x9 baking pan.
2 In large mixing bowl combine Peaches, Blackberries, Sugar, Flour, and Cinnamon. Mix until all fruit is covered. Pour into baking dish
3. Unroll pie crust and arrange to fit on top of fruit in baking dish, cut a couple 1" slits in the top of the dough to vent.
4. Bake 350º for about 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown and fruit juices are bubbly.
5. Remove from oven and let stand 10-15 minutes to cool. Serve with scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.
