Ingredients:  
1 med onion chopped
7 Tbutter
1 can cream celery soup
1/2 c milk
1 1/2 to 2 c chopped ham
1 T worchestershire sauce
4 to 6 c cooked rice
5 slices white bread in 1/2 in cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in 2 T butter until soft. Add soup and milk. Stir in rice, ham, worchestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Put into caserole. Melt remaining butter and toss with bread cubes. Top with bread cubes and bake at 425º til bread cubes are brown. Serve with Melinda hot sauce on the side. (Or your favorite hot sauce)
