Personal Notes:
This recipe is a favorite of Steven and Chris Faschan. It is rumored that Steven organized a lunch boycott at the Byram Middle School cafeteria (in 1997) in protest to the serving of powdered mashed potatoes in school meals. Gram's Mashed Potatoes were a catalyst to the revolt.
