1-12oz pkg choc chips, 2 3/4 C flour, 1tsp bk soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1/2tsp ground cinnamon, 3T soft butter, 3 T white sugar, 1/2 c molasses,1/4 c water, 1-16oz prepared vanilla frosting colored w/ many different food colors.

Melt 1 1/2 c chips in nuke on high for 1 minute, stir,nuke for 20 more seconds. Stir till smooth, cool to room temp. Combine flour,bk soda, salt, ginger, & cinnamon in medium bowl.
Beat butter & sugar in small mixer bowl till creamy,
beat in molasses & melted choc. Gradually add flour mix alternately w/ water, beating till smooth. Cover & refrigerate for 1 hour or till firm. Using floured rolling pin, roll out to 1/4 " thick. Cut out w/ gingerbread cookie cutters. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated
350º oven for 5 to 6 min. Cool on sheets for 2 min. Nuke the rest of chips and drizzle over to frost.
