"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients to make sauce. Layer bottom of a 13x9 pan with half of sauce. Roll halibut pieces in bread crumbs and place tightly in pan. Cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle top with additional bread crumbs and paprika.

Bake at 450º for approximately 30 minutes or until fish is white and flakey.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You can marinate halibut in white wine for one hour prior to coating with bread crumbs. Reduces fishy taste.

Also, you can cut recipe in half - just use smaller pan but make sure fish is packed in tightly.
