3 fresh tomatillos juice from 1/2 lime 1/2 c. buttermilk 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. sour cream 1 pkg. ranch dressing mix (buttermilk style) 1 c. fresh cilantro 5 stalks of green onion 2 cloves of crushed garlic 2/3 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 4 tsp. sugar
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and mix until well blended. Delicious over salad greens mixed with cilantro, seasoned grilled chicken chunks and grated cheese.
