2 1/2 C flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg
1-1/4 C granulated sugar, 3/4 C butter (soft)
1/2 C eggnog, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 egg yolks
nutmeg to sprinkle

In medium bowl combine first 4 ingred. w /whisk & set aside. In large bowl cream next 2 ingred till
grainy. Add next 3 ingred & beat at medium speed till smooth. Now add flour mixture at low just till moist (do not over mix) I do this last by hand. Drop by rounded tsp onto ungreased cookie sheet, 1 " apart. Sprinkle lightly w/ nutmeg. Bake at 300º for 23 to 25 minutes until bottoms are light brown. Transfer to flat surface to cool.

These are a big hit during the Holiday's !!! Make enough to stash in the freezer for later. Eggnog is hard to find out of season. Of course all you vet chefs can make it all year round.
