4 - 5 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c diced celery
1 c diced carrots
1 c sliced mushrooms
1 c diced onions

DUMPLINGS:
1 1/2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
3 T shortening
3/4 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and veggies in water over medium heat until done. Reserve 2 c broth with veggies. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Place chicken in pot with broth and veggies; add canned soups. Place over medium heat.

DUMPLINGS: Cut shortening into flour and baking powder; add milk. Drop by spoonfuls into hot mix. Cook uncovered 10 minutes and covered 10 minutes on low heat until dumplings are fluffy.
