1 filet of sole or flounder per guest
6 slices of good provolone cheese
6 slices of tomato
dash of dill, oregano

Directions:

Lightly butter a flat baking dish. Place the filets on bottom. Layer the tomato and cheese. Sprinkle with the seasonings. Bake in a 350 šoven for 20 minutes or till the fish flakes.
