1 lb Ground Round. 1 Large bottle of ketchup, 1 Tbls of sugar. Cornstarch and water to thicken.

Directions:
Directions:
Put ground round in fair size pot. Smash it down flat. Cover with ~2 inches COLD water. Mix by hand till it is small particles. Heat on Med Stove. Add whole bottle of ketchup & sugar. Cook untill meat is done. Add cornstarch and cold water mix to thicken.,
