3 bunches scallions, 6 firm ripe tomatoes, 2-3 jalapeņo peppers, 3 cans green chilies, 1/4 cup vinegar, aprox 3 tsp salt, 2 large cans chopped black olives.

Chop all ingredients, add salt and vinegar. You can eat right away but this is best if left to marinate at least overnight. (However ours rarely makes it overnight) Eat with any type of chip, most of my family like doritos.

This recipe was given to my sister Wanda in Arizona. This is a different type of salsa that most people really love. Double the recipe for a party. I have had people put it on hamburgers. The black olives give it its unique name.
