1 1/2 lbs. of stew beef
1 large can tomato sauce
5-6 whole cloves
salt & pepper to taste
sliced carrots fresh or canned

Directions:
Directions:
-In covered pan add all ingredients together (if using canned carrots add near the end of cooking)

-Sometimes a little water is needed to keep the mixture from getting too thick, check and add if needed while cooking

-Cook 1-2 hours at 350

-Serve over mashed potatoes or rice
