1 1/2 heads lettuce (shredded),
1/4 cup green pepper chopped,
1 cup celery chopped,
1 red onion (3") chopped,
8oz. shredded cheddar cheese,
1 10oz. pkg frozen peas cooked,
1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise,
1/2 cup sour cream,
2 tbsp. sugar (sprinkle over mayo when ready to serve),
6 sliced hard boiled eggs (rounds),
8 oz. bacon cooked and crumbled,
12 cherry tomatoes cut in half

Directions:

-Layer lettuce, celery, green peppers, onions, cheese, and peas

-Mix mayo and sour cream. Pour/spread over top sealing edges to bowl

-Cover and leave over night

-When ready to serve sprinkle sugar over topping

-Mix and add bacon, eggs, and tomatoes

-Toss all together
