Beef 2-3 lbs. cubed. Onion mixed into meat. Put spices, onion pwd, garlic powder, season salt, and salt and pepper. Add a bit of worecestershire sauce. Brown meat, cook through and add some water and slow cook in oven 2-3 hour at 250º. Remove from oven and put more water in and 2-5 carrots cut up. Boil on stove top for 20 minutes. Add 6-10 potatoes cut in bite size pieces. Boil another 15 minutes. Stir in stew mix and brown gravy mix. Add 1-2 cans green beans. Stir in more spices salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Add meat. Enjoy with dinner rolls.
