2 C sugar
2 C flour
1 C oil( I use 1/2 c oil, 1/2 c applesauce)
1 lb grated carrots
4 eggs
2 t cinnamon
1/2 t nutmeg
2 t baking soda
1 t salt
1/2 t vanilla

************************
For Frosting:

1 stick butter (room temp)
8 oz cream cheese (room temp)
2 1/4 C powder sugar
1 t vanilla

9 x 13 greased/foured pan. 350 30-35 min let cool


For Frosting:

cream together and frost cake
