10 oz package of frozen spinach, thawed, and sqeezed out

1/2 C sour cream

1/2 C mayo

8 oz pepper jack cheese(or regualr jack cheese plus 1 jalepeno)

14 oz can artichoke hearts cut into smaller pieces

1 clove garlic

1 Tbs lemon juice

1/2 tsp lemon peel

1/4 tsp salt

mix all ingredients together
bake 350 for 30 min in a greased 9 x 9 casserole dish
