2 whole chicken breasts cleaned and cubed into 1/4 inch pieces 1 bunch of green onions 1 T butter + 1 T oil 1 can of cream of chicken or cream of mushroom 1 can of milk 1/4 - 1/2 C sour cream 3 C cooked rice
slice green onions in pan w/butter and oil, add chicken and brown. Add soup plus milk stir and cover for 20 minutes. Turn heat off stir in sour cream and serve over rice.
