Pepper
Onions
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Slice peeled potatoes into baking dish. Sift flour over potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Layer with sliced onions. Repeat for three or four layers. Pour milk over layers. Bake at 350 for one hour.
