3 c. fresh berry juice
6 cups fine sugar
1 pkg. Sure-Jel
3/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze raspberries or straawberries in cheesecloth to extract juice. Add sugar to juice and stir till sugar is dissolved. Let sit 10 minutes.

Mix Sure-Jel with water in saucepan over medium heat and stir till mixture boils. Let boil 1 minutes, stirring constantly.

Drizzle Sure-Jel mixture into juice while stirring. Continue to stir for 3 minutes.

Pour jelly into jars. Cover. Let sit 24 hours, then freeze.
