1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
Andes Mints

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well except for the mints. Make into tablespoon size balls. Cook at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes. As soon as you remove from oven, place 1/2 mint on top of each hot cookie, wait about 3 minutes and spread to frost.
