3 egg whites
1 box powdered sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
1 1/2 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add 4 T. sugar and the 1/3 tsp. salt. As it stiffens, add the rest of the powdered sugar and lemon juice. Beat until a knife stands up in it.

You'll need graham crackers or gingerbread and candy to complete the kit and make gingerbread houses.
