1/2 cup (2 oz) crumbled feta cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped rosemary
2 tsp grated lemon rind
2 tsp fresh oregano
1/2 tsp salt
3 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 lb lean ground lamb
3/4 lb ground turkey breast
1 tomato diced
1/2 cup diced lettuce
1/4 cup green onions
3 (6 in) pitas, cut in half
*1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
*2 Tbsp. grated peeled cucumber
*1 1/2 tsp minced onion
*1/8 tsp salt and fresh pepper
*mix for sauce topping

1. Prepare Grill
2. Mix last 4 ingredients in bowl- refrigerate until needed.
3. Combine first 8 ingredients, divide into 6 equal portions and shape into patties.
4. Place patties on grill rack, coated with cooking spray until thermometer registers 165. Remove from grill and let stand 5 minutes.
5. Place one patty into each half pita. Add lettuce/tomatoes/onions to taste
6. Drizzle each patty with yogurt sauce.
