Crust:
1/4 lb. butter or margarine (1 stick)
1 cup flour
3 oz. cream cheese (softened)

Filling:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients and shape into small balls. Press balls into miniature muffin tins and work up around the sides making a small cup.

Mix filling ingredients together (it will be sticky). Put 1 tsp. of mixture into each muffin tin (about 3/4 full). Bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes or until edges are slightly brown. The centers wil puff up. While warm, remove from muffin tins, sprinkle with powdered sugar and let cool.
