1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup lightly salted butter at room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla
1 16 oz. box confectioners sugar
1 6 oz. pkg of semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. shortening.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients with hands until smooth. Roll into balls (about 2 tsp. each ball). Melt chocolate and shortening over a double boiler. With a toothpick, dip balls into chocolate so that 3/4 of ball is coated. Cool on waxed paper and put in refrigerator for 30 minutes or more.
