4 cans chicken broth
2 soup cans milk
1 large bag frozen California Blend Veggies
2 large potatoes, diced
3 celery stalks, diced
2 T. margarine
2 T. onion, chopped
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes, celery, onion until tender. Cook frozen veggies until tender. Drain both. Add broth, milk, cheese and margarine. Simmer; do not boil.
