3 cups white sugar
4 cups brown sugar
10 eggs
4 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 lb butter
9 cups white flour
5 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp salt
4 tsp baking soda
4 tsp baking pwd
6 cups chocolate chips
2-3 cups nuts (optional)

Directions:

Cream butter and sugars, then add eggs. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 365 for 9-11 mins. These cookies are best when slightly under cooked. YUM!!

Obviously this is a huge recipe and can be cut down to any size. I like to bake 6 trays at once and then freeze them for school lunches, or freeze a full tray of dough balls and then put in zip lock bags in the freezer to bake later.
