1 cup butter
1 cup applesauce
2/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup white sugar
2 tsp vanilla
8 egg whites (or 4 eggs)
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking pwd
1 tsp salt
2 cups rolled 6 grain
1 cup 9 grain
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup white flour (6 1/2 total flours/grains)
2 cups chocolate covered raisins

Cream butter, applesauce, and sugars. Add vanilla and dry ingredients. Mix in chocolate raisins or chips. Bake at 325 for 12 mins. YUM!
