6 boneless chicken breasts pounded flat 6 one inch cubes Mexican Velveeta cheese 1 c crushed Cheese Nips 1 pkg taco seasoning 1/4 c butter melted
Roll cube Velveeta in each piece chicken. Roll breasts in butter then in Cheese Nips, then in taco seasoning.Spray muffin tin with Pam, put chicken in muffin tins & bake 35- 40 minutes or until juices run clear at 350º.
