3 T (heaping) corn starch
6 T (heaping) self rising flour
1 1/2 T (heaping) corn meal
1 level tsp baking powder
1 level tsp salt
1/2 c milk
Peeled deveined shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, blend in milk until well mixed.
Dip shrimp in mixture and deep fry immediately in 350 degree oil until brown. Do not overcook.
