Ingredients:  
2 chicken breasts, chunked & sauteed
1 can crushed tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 onion sliced very thin
2 to 3 sm bell peppers sliced in thin strips
2 to 4 zucchini squash sliced
4 T butter divided
2 tsp beef bouillon
salt & pepper
shredded Mozzarella to top

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' chicken chunks in butter until done. Set aside. Saute' 2 cloves of garlic in 3 T butter. Remove garlic & discard. Add onion & peppers to skillet & saute' until softened then set aside. Add 1 T butter & beef bouillon to skillet mix well & add sliced zucchini. Saute' until tender. Remove & put with onion & pepper.Add tomato, cover & cook until all to pieces. Return all ingredients to skillet & simmer for a few minutes & then top with Mozzarella.
