6 Chicken breast halves boned & skinned
Flour for dredging
butter for saute'
2 eggs beaten
salt & pepper.
For Gravy: 4 T butter
3 to 4 T flour
2/3 can chicken broth
2/3 c white wine
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
2 tsp sugar
1/2 c heavy cream
1/2 c sour cream
2 T capers.

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken breasts with mallet & dredge in flour then egg then flour again. Saute' chicken in butter. Mix ingredients for gravy and bring to a boil then turn to simmer. When gravy is done, place chicken in gravy & add capers and heat through. Serve breasts covered with gravy and capers.

This recipe comes from our good friends Mal & Mary Harper. It is similar to a dish we enjoyed at a restaurant fondly known as Margo's in Meinz, Germany. It was a favorite of many Delta Crew members.
