1/2 c butter
3 egg yolks
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp yellow mustard

Directions:
Melt butter until bubbly hot not brown, put egg yolks, lemon juice, salt & mustard in a blender. Cover & blend for 2 seconds then continue blending while pouring butter in top opening of blender. Serve immediately.
